CGPA Europe Italy is back in the (virtual) classroom for the training of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (Associazione Italiana Brokers di Assicurazioni e Riassicurazioni, AIBA)

This training is part of a collaborative relationship that began in 2015 and has been consolidated over the years through numerous initiatives.

The virtual classes were led by Andrea Dalla Villa (CGPA Europe claims manager) and lawyer Alessandro Calzavara. They were given in digital form, with a practical approach, focusing on the impact of Covid-19 on the activity of professional intermediaries and on the new risks arising from the spread of the pandemic.

Furthermore, some time was also devoted to the new monitoring technique introduced by IVASS (Italian Institute for Insurance Supervision) called Mistery Shopping, for which IVASS intends to start the experimentation soon.

These virtual training classes, which cover a wide range of topics, enable intermediaries to better understand the risks they face in the exercise of their activity.
